Week of 10/5/26: Workouts for Tue/Wed/Th/Sat.

Hi Folks,

Today got away from me because Sandy had quite a day of visiting medical personnel, PT session of exercises, walking with her walker, right leg, left leg in place marching (hip flexors), all followed by icing, a pain pill – and a nap. It’s a busy time for a care taker as a number of you know: meal prep, pick stuff, laundry, reload the icing machine and visitors which helped raise her spirits. A number of you have been so kind to bring food during those first ten days: a big help to us both. Now it’s easier because I can go out and do errands as she’s become more independent. She is encouraged with her progress though it is a difficult to get her exercises completed: it’s her job now.

I’m having trouble updating the blog on the laptop, so I’ll be writing on my IPhone for now..

More updates to come.
