Week of 6/8/26: Workouts this week for TH/Sat.

Hi Folks,

Yes, I did not post last week due to grandson’s graduation, driving and cycling days.Today we leave Kellog and Trail de Couer d’Alenes area after one more ride out/back on the West section of the Trail. But first , the SPEED-WORK for Thursday 6/11/26.

6/11/26. THURSDAY. SPEED-WORK at your local track as a number of the group are running the SF HALF MARATHON on July 26th and to focus on the 5K for fitness and leg speed. if you are away from home and the track you can always run these intervals by time on the trails.

2 rounds of: ( (2 x 150 (50) – 2 x 200 (200) – 1 x 400 (200) – 1 x 600 (200) (at 5K pace))

Saturday tba and a home KB / DB Complex for this week.
